WEEK 34-35: Sick & Tired

Upon arriving home from our South American travels, M. got sick with a lung infection and I got back to back sick with a bacterial infection and then a sinus infection. It’s so frustrating to realize that when you are sick, all house renovations come to a screeching halt. After two weeks of antibiotics, cough suppressants and trying to make up missed hours at work, we are sick and tired of being sick and feeling tired…uff!

• DECISIONS: M. and I picked our exterior housepainters from Angie’s List and also exterior paintcolors.
• LABOR: M. and I worked on getting quotes for plumbing, exterior housepainting and landscaping. M has been working on the two bathroom doors;
• MAJOR PURCHASES: a bright white dual-flush toilet
